FencingScores Support
Last updated August 9, 2026
For help with FencingScores, email support@fencingscores.io. Include only the details needed to identify the issue; do not send room links, strip credentials, or referee access tokens.
Competition access and scoring
- For a participant or referee link that does not work, first ask the competition organizer to confirm that your access is still active.
- For a scoring issue, include the competition and event name, the affected bout, and a description of what happened. Do not include role credentials in email.
- For an iOS QR-code issue, confirm that camera access is enabled for FencingScores in your device settings.
Sign-in and private profiles
FencingScores profiles use Apple or Google sign-in. If you cannot reach a profile, try the same sign-in provider that you used to create it. Competition access remains separate from a signed-in profile.
Request account deletion
In the iOS app, sign in, open Account, and choose Delete Account. You will authenticate again with Apple or Google before the deletion can proceed.
If you cannot sign in, email support@fencingscores.io with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include the profile display name and, if available, the email address associated with the Apple or Google sign-in. We will verify ownership before acting on the request.
Account deletion removes the profile and account access. Official competition records can remain to preserve organizer results and audit history, with the deleted account's actor identity anonymized. Deleting browser site data removes drafts and pending submissions stored in that browser; it does not delete an account or change a competition record held by an organizer.
